Townhouse Row

607 23rd Street, NW

Townhouse row, a long red brick building, as seen from across the street.

Conveniently located next to the Charles E. Smith Center and across the street from the Lerner Health and Wellness Center, Townhouse Row is a city block of housing designed specifically for GW?s Greek-letter organizations.

Eight Greek organizations comprise the Row?s eight townhouses. Each sleeps between 24-30 students and features a finished basement, large living and dining areas, laundry facilities and a full kitchen. And for those students who seem to have trouble boiling water, rest assured Townhouse Row residents can take advantage of the dining options across the street in Shenkman Hall.
