Walter G. Ross Hall is home to classroom and laboratory space, the three-story Paul Himmelfarb Health Sciences Library, and the state-of-the-art Research Center for the Neglected Diseases of Poverty, which, with the help of a $15 million National Institutes of Health (NIH) grant, employs a multidisciplinary team of researchers to discover new vaccines, therapeutics and diagnostics for diseases that afflict the world?s poorest people. The Clinical Learning and Simulation Skills Center, or CLASS, is also located in Ross Hall.

Ross Hall features a tree- and bench-lined courtyard where students can catch up with friends or study between classes. Himmelfarb Health Sciences Library is located in Ross Hall and serves faculty, staff and students in the Schools of Medicine and Health Sciences, Nursing and Milken Institute School of Public Health by providing the resources and services needed to support their educational, research and patient care programs.
