Internships and Real World Opportunities

You don't need to be a math major to know that 12,000 internship opportunities for 10,000 GW undergraduate students are pretty solid odds. In fact, more than 90 percent of all GW undergraduates and thousands of our graduate students have at least one hands-on learning experience before they graduate.

And these internships are anything but typical. Not only do our students do real work as interns, but they use what they?ve learned in the classroom to actively help solve some of the most important issues of our time. This firsthand experience enriches their GW education while opening doors for full-time employment opportunities after graduation. Through this layer, explore the highlights of just some of the locations our students have recently interned or found employment after graduation.
