A beekeeper opens a hive on Lisner roof.



Founding Farmers partnered with GW to create the largest known restaurant-owned urban apiary (bee colony) in the nation, with beehives on the roof of Lisner Hall. Each hive produces between 20 and 120 pounds of honey, which Founding Farmers uses in dishes served at the restaurant.
