Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service is a nationally recognized community-service event that coincides with the MLK holiday. It is an important occasion at GW, where service is a major priority in our community life. Students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members participate in service project both on- and off-campus, as well as attend workshops focused on Dr. King's values of social justics, community engagement, advocacy and cross-cultural communication.
